IF YOU DON’T MEASURE, YOU CANNOT MAGNIFY.
You cannot grow and you definitely cannot have momentum.
I’m always so amazed when I come across a business owner who can’t even tell me:
- Their Cash Position
- Their Profit (or Loss)
- Their Number of Leads
- Their ROI on their Last Marketing Campaign
- Their Profit Per Client—or even the Client Acquisition Cost (let’s not even start with the LIFE TIME VALUE of a customer…)
This is why I think I need to do a course specifically based on measurement reporting and what you need to know. If you do not know, you cannot grow your business. You’re just guessing. And I see a lot of people guessing.
Here’s what most don’t get; business and marketing DOES NOT need to be stressful or difficult. It just needs to be measured and improved upon. Constant improvement and measurement over time will get you the results you want, guaranteed.
