Yesterday, I was in the middle of sharing business advice with my tennis coach (who I was paying, by the way) when I realised a big secret:
You can get the information, coaching, and mentoring you need for FREE.
You just need to have an “uncommon relationship” with the right person.
This is the most important thing–
See, there I am, sharing with him what he needs to do to get his business working better, how to launch online, and I realise others pay me thousands of dollars to share this sort of information with them.
I asked myself “Why am I paying him, and then giving him even more??” (the truth is, I freaking love helping people succeed in business…)
It was because I had an uncommon connection with him. He was helping me, and I felt compelled to reciprocate.
What I was teaching him has taken me years to understand, test, measure, and distill into a simple framework that works. And he got all that for free.
And now, so can you!
The key to create an uncommon connection is value. It’s a relationship. It’s important.
